ADIT Invest 2011 took place in Fortaleza, Brazil, from May 10 to 12, 2011 and gathered Brazilian and international real estate investors.

Datastore CEO Marcus Araújo spoke at a panel on “Real Demand vs. Speculation – the risk of a bubble in the Brazilian real estate market” on May12 and shared the floor with Alda Lúcia Rosselli (Executive Superintendent at Santander Bank), Celso Petrucci (Director at Secovi-SP) and mediator Julian Villacorta (Director at Tauari Gestão Imobiliária).

Marcus Araújo talked about the traits of demand in the Brazilian market based on over 30,000 on-field interviews done for 12 months by Datastore all over Brazil.
